Muchenje Safari Lodge

Perched on an escarpment along the tranquil western edge of Botswana’s Chobe National Park. A peaceful escape just two hours from the awe-inspiring Victoria Falls.

The jewel of the Chobe

Muchenje Safari Lodge is a luxurious and secluded safari lodge located in the heart of the Chobe National Park in Botswana. Nestled among the trees on the banks of the Chobe River, the lodge offers breath-taking views of the surrounding wilderness and the diverse array of wildlife that call the park home.

The lodge itself is elegantly designed, with a colonial-style architecture and furnishings that exude comfort and luxury. Each of the 12 spacious and tastefully decorated guest rooms has its own private deck, offering guests the perfect spot to relax and take in the sights and sounds of the surrounding wilderness. The rooms also come equipped with all the modern amenities one would expect from a high-end safari lodge, including air conditioning, mini-bars, and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers.

Set on the edge of an escarpment, there is little that is conventional about the creation of Angama Mara, with views that stretch as far as the eye can see across the Maasai Mara set 300 meters below.
