Linyanti Ebony Camp

Linyanti Ebony Camp is a luxury safari destination located in the Linyanti Wildlife Reserve in Botswana. Set on the banks of the Linyanti River, the camp offers stunning views of the surrounding wilderness and is an ideal place for those who want to experience the beauty of the African savanna up close.

The camp is named after Linyanti Ebony, which is a species of flowering tree native to the savannas and woodlands of southern Africa. It is also known by its scientific name, Diospyros lycioides. The Linyanti Ebony is a small to medium-sized tree, typically growing to a height of about 20-30 feet. Its leaves are dark green and glossy, and its bark is smooth and grey.

The camp is small and intimate, with just six luxury tents, each of which is spacious and elegantly furnished with antique furnishings and plush bedding. The tents also have private decks with comfortable seating areas, perfect for relaxing and taking in the sights and sounds of the surrounding wilderness.

Set on the edge of an escarpment, there is little that is conventional about the creation of Angama Mara, with views that stretch as far as the eye can see across the Maasai Mara set 300 meters below.
