Endangered Rothschild
Giraffe Manor is a peaceful retreat and an ideal place to start or end a Kenyan safari. Iconic with Nairobi’s historical landscape and hospitality, the manor is located in the leafy suburbs of Langata on a 56-ha sanctuary and offers a unique opportunity to meet the resident giraffe, all of whom are of the endangered Rothschild species. Enjoy close-up encounters with the semi-habituated giraffes as they put their heads through the windows at breakfast time – creating unforgettable memories for guests. The inquisitive giraffes are always keen on being hand fed and have become rather indulged.
One of the most unique places to stay in the world, Giraffe Manor blends extraordinary wildlife encounters with exquisite hospitality and a long-term commitment to giraffe conservation.
